about

thought: "Delicate Debris" represents a deep rework of sound sources produced by acoustic instruments like piano, guitar, flutes and mandolin and it deals with the essence of loss. These sounds testify a research into sound creation, the will to discover new methods of intervention on aural documents in order to create new meanings, new places, new emotions. Ghosts of sounds found at the end of a never-ending mutation. The inner soul of a digital being exposed. Granular memories reduced to almost nothing and then expanded again.

matter: deep editing and treatments of recorded sound sources (piano, guitars)

history: this album was recorded in in 2004 and never released until 2007 when Afe Records (www.aferecords.com) included it inside the ultra limited (50 copies only) 6 cd-rs box set "Urania" (www.aferecords.com/releases/afe50013.htm). Sold out since years, maybe some copies are still available through discogs.

now: this album is available again through bandcamp in its completeness.
